1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the ax3000 platform — including the website, mobile app, and related services — you agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any provision in this document, you are not permitted to use ax3000's services.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and ax3000 ("Platform", "We"). Continued use of the platform following the publication of any amendments will be deemed as acceptance of those amendments.
The ax3000 platform is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. By registering, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
2. Account Registration and Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the ax3000 platform. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or terminated without notice.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. ax3000 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, including valid proof of identification. Failure to provide the required information within the stipulated timeframe may result in account access being restricted.
You are solely responsible for:
- Keeping your password and account login details confidential.
- Ensuring that no third party accesses your account without authorisation.
- Notify ax3000 immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.
Ax3000 shall not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from a user's negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.
3. User Responsibilities and Platform Usage Rules
As an ax3000 member, you agree to use this platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws. You hereby agree not to:
- Using any automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform.
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise the security or integrity of ax3000's systems.
- Sharing, transferring, or selling your account to any third party.
- Engaging in any form of fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity while using the platform.
- Abusing the promotions or bonus system through illegitimate methods, including bonus abuse through opposing bets.
- Displaying or distributing obscene, threatening, defamatory, or unlawful content through any communication feature on the platform.
Ax3000 reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of violating these rules and to take appropriate action, including account suspension or termination and the rejection of any related transactions.
4. Payments, Deposits and Withdrawals (MYR)
All financial transactions on the ax3000 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Accepted deposit methods include bank transfers via FPX, local e-wallets such as Boost and GrabPay, and other methods listed in your account panel.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits, as well as withdrawal limits, are subject to the current policy displayed in the "Finance" section of your account panel. ax3000 reserves the right to amend these limits at any time with reasonable notice.
For withdrawals, the name on the receiving bank account must match the registered name on your ax3000 account. ax3000 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Withdrawal processing typically takes one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to verification.
Ax3000 reserves the right to suspend or decline any transaction suspected to be linked to fraud, money laundering, or a breach of the terms of use. In such cases, ax3000 may request additional supporting documents before processing the transaction.
5. Limitation of Liability, Account Policy and Intellectual Property
Limitation of Liability
Ax3000 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including financial losses from betting, technical service disruptions, or inaccuracies in the information displayed.
The platform is provided on an "as is" basis, without any express or implied warranties regarding continuous availability, odds accuracy, or game outcomes. Users access the platform entirely at their own risk.
Account Suspension and Termination
Ax3000 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account without prior notice if a user breaches these Terms & Conditions, engages in fraudulent activity, or is found to hold multiple accounts. Any legitimate balance in a terminated account will be processed in accordance with ax3000's internal review procedures.
Intellectual Property
All content on the ax3000 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and user interfaces — is the exclusive property of ax3000 or its respective licensors. None of this content may be copied, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
Third-Party Links
The ax3000 platform may contain links or references to third-party services. ax3000 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services. Access to third-party links is entirely at the user's own risk.
6. Amendments to Terms and Governing Law
Ax3000 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest provisions.
By continuing to use the platform after any amendments are published, you are deemed to have accepted and agreed to the revised terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with this agreement shall be resolved through the jurisdiction of a competent court in Malaysia.
